Our approach is a customizable and scalable VMT Sketch Planning Tool that will provide cost-effective outcomes for estimating project-level VMT for proposed land use.
We have developed CEQA-compliant VMT thresholds and delivered the VMT Sketch Planning Tool for many California communities, including cities and counties. This tool provides local agencies with a custom-built map interface application that quickly assesses VMT impacts for new development applications.
